Oh, my gosh. I have been dying to tell you about my new favorite online store. I’m so excited today’s the day! I have already ordered three gifts from this fabulous place, and now I’m passing along the goods to you. Trust me, you are going to want to buy just about every piece of paper available on minted.com.

HOLD ON!! Don’t leave me just yet! Let me tell you what it’s all about. And let me gush about what I got there. mmmkay?

So you already got a little sneak peek with this post about a care package. I tried to quickly divert your attention away. With stealth. Like a cat. Wait, that doesn’t make any sense. Ugh! On track Elesea!

This post needs pictures. Here we go:

hahahaha! I am such a tease! Sorry, that is cruel. Here you go:

You’ve seen the inside of the purple notebook in the post about a little care package. It was for my darling friend from over at charged to love who just guest-posted for me last week.

The one on the left is for my mother dearest. She speaks a little French so the front has her name (this photo is of the notebook with her name spelled incorrectly, more on that in a minute) and underneath her name it says “journal de la vie.” It means “journal of life.” Cheesy, but awesome all wrapped up in one. The inside of her journal looks like this:

My mother is the embodiment of the Proverbs 31 wife. Seriously, the woman is a force. Someday I’ll grow up and then I’ll be just like her. Or at least I’ll look just like her. Which is fine because she is one sexy momma!

I’ll stop embarrassing her now. But she IS awesome. Just know that.

And this last journal was for my beautiful friend and mommy-to-be. Her baby boy’s nursery is owl themed, and this just fit:

How cute, right? You really should be checking this place out by now. It is the bee’s knees of cool paper.

Now I have to say one thing about their swanky customer service. Um, it’s swanky. The first journal I was sent for my mother was misspelled. And yes, I know how to spell my mother’s name so it wasn’t my fault. I called them to see what they could do. Not only did they reprint with no questions asked, they also overnighted me the reprinted copy. And not once did I have to ask for a manager, yell, or hang up the phone. It was liking chatting with an old friend who then sent me the coolest notebook ever.

Now we’re going to try a little experiment. I think that if you click this link here you should be taken to a screen where you get $25 off your first order. This is my first time doing this, so hopefully all goes smoothly. Enjoy your minted.com order!
